Sam Oliver Estate Agents sourced residential and commercial buildings in these areas and recently refurbished these. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project was completed earlier than the anticipated completion date and under budget. We now manage both HMO's and single lets along with serviced accommodation.
